Also on a side note, I did two things slightly different in my recipe, I ran out of milk, so I used almond milk and I used an entire pan of tapioca instead of the recommended amount for this recipe, it was still good, but not quite as good, it looked and tasted slightly different so I recommend following the recipe

---RECIPE---
Crust Ingredients
1 Cup of Flour
2 Table Spoons Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Cup of Butter or Margarine
1 Egg
1/4 Cup of Milk
Filling Ingredients
4 Cups of Peaches
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
3/4 Cups Sugar
1/4 Cups of Tapioca
---Preparation Instructions---
1. Topping-In a small bowl stir together 1 egg and 1/4 cup of milk. Then in a medium bowl stir together flour, 2 tbl spoons sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon if wanted cut in butter/margarine and mix in the egg/milk combo until the mixture resembles course crumbs. Set aside.
2. Filling-in saucepan combine 4 cups peaches, 3/4 sugar, 1/4 tapioca, 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Cook to a nice warm simmer/slight boil over low to medium heat.
3. Pour filling into a 2 quart baking dish. Use spoon to drop topping into small mounds on top of the filling.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 mins, or until tooth pick comes out clean if you do the old school tooth pick test with your baked goods!
5. Serve warm or cold and enjoy a nice home made desert!
